As President, Fernando is involved with all aspects of the business, including overall investment strategy, investor relations, asset analysis, and asset management. Fernando is a thought leader in the self storage industry, regularly featured at industry conferences and interviewed on hundreds podcasts. Fernando earned a Bachelor of Science in Technical Systems Management from University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign.

Vice President & Co-FOUNDER
Steven Wear is the Vice President and Co-Founder of Titan Wealth Group. Steven oversees the Marketing and Acquisition departments which handle the systematic sourcing and underwriting of off-market self storage facilities and development opportunities. Steven earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign.
